Kaliyani pregnant

Kaliyani

Kaliyani (Ch Kyomi Kaliyani) visited Tom’s beautiful Havana boy JJ (Imp Gr Ch Fiordiliso Infidelity), and her kittens are due on the 20th January 2012, give or take a day or two. She has a rapidly expanding waistline, and also a personality transplant – all of a sudden she is cuddling up to Barbara and she let me stroke her!  Her coat is really fine, short and soft, such a delight to touch.

Sad news

Meena sadly had just one kitten which failed to survive.  We are all very upset, as was she – she was looking for her baby for a couple of days.  Thankfully she is now fine, both physically and mentally.

Meena Pregnant

Meena has been to stud again, and the lucky lad was an Oriental Black – Imp Gr Ch Ciatra Bashful Bruno (Anakin) - so Seal-points and Oriental Blacks are the likely outcome.  She has pinked up and is due on or around the 26th October.

I have added the Open class reports to the show results pages, along with a link to the GCCF website where the originals are all to be found.  I have also added the results (except the club class) for the Trans Penine Oriental and Siamese Cat Club (TPOSCC) show.

It can take some time for the report to appear but today (28th July) they are all up-to-date.

I have added the show results for the last three shows – the Merseyside (Kali and Saffi), and the Humberside and Lincolnshire (Kali).

Kali got the first CC awarded to a Caramel Oriental at the Merseyside (thanks to Mr Hansson), and two more and the Humberside and Linolnshire shows (thanks to Dr Bennett and Mrs Harper) to become the first titled Oriental Female and hence also the first Oriental Female Champion.  She is now known as CH Kyomi Kaliyani and we are all so proud of her.

She didn’t quite make being the very first titled Caramel Oriental – that went to PR Moustaches Caramelle Twist, who is also one of the cats that helped the breed attain it’s championship status.

Loads of thanks are due to her breeder, Sue of Kyomi.

Kali is now the first titled female Oriental Caramel!

She went to the joint Humberside and Lincolnshire shows at the Doncaster Dome, and got her 2nd and 3rd CCs to become the first titled Oriental Caramel female.  Her breeder is absolutely thrilled, and we are absolultely thrilled.  Thanks to Sue for letting us have her, and to Mr Hanssen, Dr Bennett and Mrs Harper for the CCs.

Kyomi Siamese and Orientals

Congratulations are also due to Pr Moustaches Caramelle Twist who became the very first titled Oriental Caramel the previous week, to Champion Dedannan Treasure-Me who was in the adjacent pen to Kali and became the first male Champion.

Me exploring

Me exploring

Barbara tells me I have a new and utterly devoted slave, Pam, and I’ll be going to live with her soon.  Hope she treats me like I deserve – complete undying love and food.  I like eating!  And I’m a really handsome boy as you can see…

That’s what the judge said. I didn’t want to go back in my pen! Got another of those red card thingies, it made my slave so pleased for some strange reason.

Had to share with Kaliyani on the way there and back, was a really Good Girl this time – really, really good! No singing, no dancing, no drinking, just quiet.

Black Babe!

Black Babe!

New kitten here. As you can see I’m black and beautiful, not chocolate.

I’m also growing really well, I started at 97g and now I’m 3 I’m three times as much.  I squeak, I can sort of walk, I can’t run yet, I can climb with my sharp pointy little claws.  And of course I’m utterly, utterly gorgeous and everyone that see me falls in lurve.

Meena had one kitten on Friday 13th May, a Havana, and both are doing really well. Pictures to follow.

Proud Dad is Fran’s Esprit.
